For our client, international company, distributor of international  well-known agro machinery brands, we are currently looking for Agricultural Division Manager.   
About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Development and expansion of Division’s sales and service
  • Managing and integration of teams (sales of equipment, service and spare parts)
  • Recruiting, development, coaching and supervising AG Division Team
  • Market and competitive analysis
  • Development and maintenance of contacts with potential business partners
  • Key Account Management with Agro Holding and large farms
  • Making sure that Division results progresses successfully
  • Ensuring that Division is profitable and meets financial targets
  • Leading the team  - 3 direct reports (sales, service, spare parts) and total team up to 80 people
Key Requirements:
Background and Experience
  • 5+ years in AG Industry
  • 5+ years leadership experience
  • Solid experience in selling machinery equipment
  • English – advanced/ upper intermediate level
  • Willingness to travel

  • Affinity to AG Tech as precision framing and digital transformation in agriculture

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the capacity to confer effectively across diverse audiences and teams.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate growing team.
