Our client, a large international company in the agribusiness sector, announces a competition for the position of "Regional Sales Manager", Dnepr.

Job discription:
- Can demonstrate having managed a successful team of Sales Consultants, along with proven success in business development;
- Have a positive and enthusiastic approach, with the knowledge and experience to scope the strategy for the region and maximise the business opportunities;
- The main objectives of the Regional Sales Manager is to manage a team formed of Technical Sales Representatives and to develop a commercial relationship with the agricultural distributors.


    Responsibilities and Requiraments:
    - Build a strong partnership and intense working relationships with clients (farmers and distributors);
    - Manage accounts sales growth and profitability in line with Business Unit' objectives;
    - Create and implement a business plan of territory development;
    - Coordinate sales team work, prepare reports on regular basis;
    - Have a prior experience of recruiting and developing a Sales Team;
    - University degree in Economics, Marketing;
    - Have an in-depth knowledge of the general economic;
    - Possess excellent decision making skills;
    - Excellent organizational & prioritization skills;
    - Demonstrates analythical thinking and the ability to interpred numbers (P&L);
    - Experience in conducting negotiations, signing agreements and business planning;
    - Has a sharp analytical awareness and is results oriented;
    - Is a good communicator, has great interpersonal skills;
    - Fluent English, Ukrainian, and Russian. French would be a plus;
    - Is familiar with the PC- Internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
    - The driving license is mandatory;
    - Readiness for business trips.
