Maїsadour Semences engaged in breeding and sale of seeds of maize, sunflower and rapeseed. Brand is represented in more than 35 countries in Europe, including the countries of the Mediterranean basin, where is one of the main producers of corn seed.

Maїsadour Semences Ukraine. In 2010, p. Mogilev, Dnipropetrovsk region was built the most modern complex for the production of seeds in Europe. In 2014 the company opened a second turn agricultural complex for the production and storage of seeds of maize, sunflower and rapeseed. Plant's production capacity doubled.

With the expansion of the state Maїsadour Semences Ukraine   we search
 Key Account Manager
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Proactively lead the business’s strategic account planning processes and develop performance objectives
  • Contributes to Commercial policy development (long-term and mid-term objectives, pricing strategy)
  • Lead profitable sales volume
  • Establish revenue goals and strategies
  • Setting the frame and ensure implementation of the agreed plan between Agroholding and Maisadour
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients through the creation of long term planning and understanding
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key client
  • Perform research and identify new potential Farms/customers and new market opportunities
  • Develop solutions that best address consumer needs while coordinating the involvement of support, service and resource management to meet key account performance objectives and the consumer’s expectations
  • Develop and maintain healthy relationship with National sales team
  • Create cross-functional engagement and understanding with Marketing, R&D and Product development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Use best practices
  • Understand of competitive market
  • Implement the new products launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Engage in key account events, seminars and play active role to be ahead of competition
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements  with help of CRM
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast

  • Proven work experience in Agro sector
  • Integrate knowledge and think strategically
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • University Degree
  • Proficiency in Ukraine, Russian and English all written and spoken
